SRI CHEMBAI MEMORIAL TRUST THIRUVANANTHAPURAM organized a week long music festival at Chembai Memorial hall, Thiruvananthapuram.

S Mahadevan‘s vocal concert was very well appreciated by music lovers.

Being the sabha located near to Sreevaraham temple, Mahadevan decided to sing Adi Varahana, a Purandara Dasar composition in Sreeragam.

Paramathmudu Velige in the ragam Vagadheeswari was rendered as the main piece.

Smt. Vaikam Padmakrishnan gave nice support on the violin. Taniyavartanam by the duo Changanacherry Jayan and Trivandrum Rajesh on the Mridangam and Ghatam was scintillating.
