Soorya organized Sri V Dakshinamoorthy Swami Anusmaranam programme at Cobank towers, Palayam, Thiruvananthapuram, during the month of August 2013 by presenting a musical tribute to Sri V Dakshinamoorthy Swami.

S Mahadevan presented a musical tribute comprising of Ennapunniyam in Reethigoula, Sree Padmanabham, a composition of Sri V Dakshinamoorthy Swami himself praising lord Padmanabha of Sree Padmanabha Swami Temple, Thiruvananthapuram.

Mahadevan concluded the concert with Dakshinamoorthy Swami’s favourite Thillana in the raga Ragesree.

Sri Ajith Namboothiri gave a short speech on Swami’s musical life and his contributions to the music world.

Smt. Vaikam Padmakrishnan and Sri Aneesh Krishna accompanied on the Violin and Mridangam respectively.
