The Neyyattinkara Vasudevan and Mohanachandran Anusmaranam programme was organized by the Department of Music, University of Kerala.
S Mahadevan presented a Veena concert, accompanied by Trivandrum Syamakrishnan on the mridangam and Trivandrum Rajesh on the ghatam.
Dr. Pushpa Krishnan gave a welcome speech and introduced the artists on the stage.

Pranamamyaham in Goula ragam was the first krithi, followed by Swathi Thirunal krithi Jaya Jaya Padmanabha in the raga Manirang which was the masterpiece of Sri Neyyattinkara Vasudevan.
Krithis Sri Venkata in Suruti (Muthuswami Deekshithar composition), Mokshamu Galada in Saramathi, a Thyagaraja composition, and Bhogeendra Sayinam in Kunthalavarali (a fast paced popular composition of Swathi Thirunal) was played before the main composition.
Sathatham Thavaka of Swathi Thirunal in raga Kharaharapriya was selected as the main krithi.
Mahadevan concluded with bhajans Baro Krishnayya, Sagara Sayana and Swathi Thirunal Thillana in raga Anandabhairavi.
