Veena Sangeetha Sangh organized a Veena Concert of Sri S Mahadevan in connection with the birthday celebrations of Veena Maestro Padmabhushan Sri KS Narayanaswamy at Sree Swathi Thirunal College of Music, Thiruvananthapuram on 27th September 2017.

Mahadevan was accompanied by Dr. Aneesh Krishna on the Mridangam and Sri Trivandrum Rajesh on the Ghatam.

Krithis Emaanadichevo in Sahana, Darini Telusukonti in Suddhasaveri, and Maragatha Manivarna in Varali (main piece of the concert) were thoroughly enjoyed by the audience.

Mahadevan concluded the concert with Sagara Sayana Vibho in Bagesree, a composition of the great MD Ramanathan, followed by Bhujagasayino mangalam.
